Position: Manager Finance & Accounts
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Job Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), direct and indirect taxes and knowledge of FEMA, RBI regulations, valuation, and corporate secretarial work. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial compliance, providing strategic financial advice, and managing regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting and Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/Ind AS).
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify variances and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management reports and MIS for decision-making.
• Direct and Indirect Taxes:
• Prepare and file tax returns (income tax, GST/VAT, TDS, etc.) in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide tax planning advice to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.
• Represent clients in tax assessments, appeals, and disputes with tax authorities.
• Oversee FEMA and RBI Compliance:
• Compliance with FEMA regulations related to foreign exchange transactions, external commercial borrowings, and investments.
• Liaise with RBI and other regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to banking and financial regulations.
• Valuation:
• Conduct valuation of businesses, intangible assets, and financial instruments.
• Prepare valuation reports and provide recommendations based on valuation analysis.
• Oversee Corporate Secretarial Work:
• Manage corporate governance and compliance requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
• Draft board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and annual reports.
• Assist in conducting board and shareholder meetings, and ensure compliance with statutory filings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA with approximately 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
• Expertise in direct and indirect tax laws, FEMA, RBI regulations, and corporate governance.
• Proven experience in business valuation techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
