Preparation of Financial Statement as per IND AS for the Company and its UJV.
Co-coordinate with Statutory Auditors to finalize the accounts
Internal Control and Internal Audit, Cost Audit,
Preparation & submission of periodic financial performance reports of the projects & the entity for review, control & course corrections.
Analyse variances in the financials accounts and taking corrective step.
Coordinate, prepare and present to the management Revenue and Capital Budgets including Order booking, Sales, Cost and Expenses, Capex and Profitability.
Forecast performance and suggest corrective action to meet or exceed targets.
Direct Taxation - Planning & Compliances , Tax Audit
Monitoring Site Accounting, Stores & Admin.
Customer accounting, reconciliation and timely collection of the same.
Support Tender team with necessary data and audit certificates
Partner with the business to support for decision making. Help business in evaluating opportunities and understanding risks in key decisions from the financial, legal and statutory points of view.
In addition perform any other job/task as assigned to you from time to time.
