Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) Taxation: Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, businesses, and corporations. Bookkeeping and Recording: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and transactions. Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and tools to input and organize financial data accurately. Stay updated with software features and updates to maximize efficiency Record Maintenance: Organize and store financial documents, invoices, receipts, and relevant records for easy retrieval and audit purposes. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting processes. Propose and implement improvements in collaboration with the accounting team. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within a CA firm. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ethical and trustworthy handling of financial information.
