- Manage the accounting close process and ensure smooth close processing.
- Lead the monthly MIS-FS preparation and reporting to the stakeholders.
- Design, lead, and implement forecast and performance management processes to institute rigor and accountability
- Preparation of Cash Flow Statements on a weekly basis
- Responsible for the fundraising activities such as funding documentation, diligence, and financial coordination.
- Responsibility for building the policies
- Lead all aspects of and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
- Handling BIG 4 Auditors for the smooth close of Statutory Audit and Tax Audit
- Implement and supervise internal controls within the R2R process
- Lead operational enhancements to improve cash management processes.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
- Partner with external and internal stakeholders as well as banking partners and other Finance teams.
- Chartered Accountant[CA] with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
