Job Details:
Job Responsibilities:• To ensure all the electrical equipment and tools within the factory are in good operating condition and ready for next use.
• To perform necessary modification on the machine wiring to increase the efficiency of the machine.
• Able to do troubleshooting and overcome machine, equipment and facility emergency breakdown.
• Have firefighting knowledge and inspection.
• Knowledge with Refrigeration and Air-conditioned troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• To perform electrical equipment testing, repairing, installing and maintenance including automatic / fermod door and sectional door, maintenance for air compressor, motor pump, S/Delta starter and inverter.
• Able to do calibration and switch gear maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure working place is always neat, tidy, clean and safe.
• Assist supervisors, engineers on daily tasks and other ad-hoc maintenance duties assigned by supervisors and engineers.
• Participates in People Safety & Health, Food Safety & Quality and Environmental Protection activities and campaigns. Comply to all policies, rules and regulations.


Job Requirements:• Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate (Charge man A1/A0) or Diploma in Engineering - Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronic/ Electromechanical preferred.
• At least 3 years working experience (Hands on experience) in industrial manufacturing maintenance. Experience in FMCG / Food Industrial would be an advantage.
• Must be willing to perform shift work, including Public Holidays if scheduled.
• Has pneumatic & hydraulic knowledge, inverter/variable frequency drive knowledge as well as knowledge in wiring control, PLC Circuit Diagram, Electric Circuit Diagram.
