Job Description
The Charge Posting Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and managing patient charges and payments into the billing system. This role ensures that all charges are posted in a timely manner and that discrepancies are resolved to maximize revenue collection. The Charge Posting Specialist works closely with the billing and coding teams to ensure accurate and efficient charge entry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter patient charges and payments into the billing system.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of charges and codes in compliance with medical coding standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in charge entries.
• Collaborate with the billing and coding teams to ensure proper charge capture.
• Perform daily reconciliation of charges and payments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
