Job Title: Channel Sales Manager - Networking Hardware

Location: Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai ( including Pan India)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: As Per Market Standard

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts in the networking hardware sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong expertise in networking hardware solutions, including routers, switches, wireless systems, and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies to grow the company's market share in networking hardware.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners to ensure business success.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales, increase product adoption, and expand market reach.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and product information to channel partners to maximize their sales potential.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotions for channel partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, ensuring they meet sales targets and other KPIs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in networking hardware and effectively communicate these to partners.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prepare regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market analysis to present to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Channel Sales Manager or similar role in the networking hardware industry.
• Strong understanding of networking hardware products such as routers, switches, access points, Wired and wireless systems.
• Excellent knowledge of channel sales strategies and partner management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and manage relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, specifically within the networking hardware sector.
• Established network of channel partners and distributors in the networking hardware industry.
• Familiarity with leading networking hardware brands and technologies.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of new channel partners onboarded.
• Revenue growth from channel sales.
• Channel partner satisfaction and retention rates.
• Sales volume of networking hardware products.
• Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?34,809.22 - ?58,312.00 per month
