We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a team of sales agents, engage with prospective clients, and assess their suitability as potential clients. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in nurturing relationships and ensuring a positive first impression with a clientele. This position requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a keen sense for identifying client potential.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Channel Sales Manager

Work Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of field sales agents to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the business.
• Monitor the performance of field sales agents and provide necessary support and training.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
• Drive revenue growth through effective channel management and customer acquisition.
• Address partner concerns and resolve issues to maintain a positive working relationship.
• Regularly visit the market to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

Technical Requirements:

• Should have 1 plus year of sales experience.

Remuneration - upto 5 lakhs + Incentives.

This is an opportunity to work on TATA payroll only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Performance bonus
