Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of agents to meet sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop agents within the agency channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both agents and clients.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a local candidate.
