We are looking for a Channel sales manager for a leading construction cclient based out at Pune.Experience-7-10 Years.Qualification- Any Graduate.Roles-Department Work Planning
- Find out new CPs in the territory and get them on-board.
- Meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database
- Educate them about Brand and Projects. Share New Updates about Project and Policies to existing
CPs.
- Stay Connected with Brokers (Through Office Visit, Calling, Text, Creative) marketing material and
updates on daily basis (Plan, flyer, Availability, Project / Sample Flat Pictures, Videos, so on.) through
WhatsApp or email.
- Improving channel partner experience and motivate CPs to increase site inquiry. Develop positive
working relationship with partners to build business.
- Address CP related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in agreed time period.
- Visit CP offices from time to time, give presentations about new projects and clear their doubts /
problems.

- Training of new internal staff.
- Building team work and relationship by understanding their concerns and resolving them.
- Sharing market knowledge with the executive for proper understating of Competitors.
- Keeping track on daily follow-up of executives.
- Maintaining discipline and smooth work flow, coordination at site.
- Taking weekly and monthly meeting.3. Review - Report / Performance
- Preparing reports in terms of CP client site visits and bookings then send it to HOD.
- Review the performance and discuss about the scope for improvement as per the reports.
- Planning further strategies as per decision taken in the meeting.
- Discussing about CPs Brokerage plan or schemes, if required as per project.
