Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager with a background in retail sales within the medical and pharmacy field. This is a field-intensive role involving regular visits to pharmacy stores across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, with the primary objective of bringing them on board the company's platform. The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record in field sales, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage an on-ground sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Onboarding:

Identify and engage with pharmacy stores across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane to onboard them onto the Company's platform.

Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings with pharmacy store owners/managers to showcase the value and benefits of joining the company.

• Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to maximize reach and optimize onboarding in the region.

Track sales performance and ensure achievement of sales and onboarding targets.

• Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers within the pharmacy sector.

Act as the primary point of contact for pharmacies in the designated area, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

• Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of on-ground sales representatives to scale the onboarding process.

Provide leadership, set clear performance goals, and motivate the team to meet daily and monthly targets.

• Market Insights and Reporting:

Gather insights from the field regarding competition, customer needs, and market trends to contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, sales performance, and team progress.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of field sales experience in retail sales within the medical or pharmacy sector.

Proven experience in engaging and onboarding retail stores, ideally within the healthcare or e-commerce industries.

• Skills:

Strong knowledge of the pharmacy and healthcare retail landscape in Mumbai and neighboring areas.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of the Company's platform to pharmacy partners.

Ability to set up, lead, and motivate a team of field sales representatives to achieve onboarding goals.

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A background in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related domain is preferred.

• Attributes:

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.

Comfortable with field travel across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle a dynamic work environment.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (All Saturdays half day)
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
