Job Description

:

As a Unit Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring high performance. You'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and market expansion.
Coach and train the team to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
Track sales performance, report results, and implement improvements where needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to maximize sales efforts.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet targets and manage a sales team effectively.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
