Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our salon. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales and a passion for the beauty industry. You will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining the overall appearance of the retail section in the salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting beauty products and salon services.

Educate customers about product benefits and promotions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to salon revenue.

Manage inventory, restocking shelves, and maintaining product displays.

Handle billing and payments efficiently.

Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the retail area.

Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,845.53 per month
