- Daily Basis Meetings with Real Estate Agents, Chartered Accountant and other financial consultants
- Sales Training: Provide training, product knowledge, and sales enablement resources to channel partners, empowering them to effectively promote and sell the company\'s products or services
- Develop sales strategies to approach the market
- Ensure channel partners comply with contractual obligations, company policies, and legal requirements, and proactively address any issues related to contract management or non-compliance.
- Preference to candidates with real estate and banking background
- Budgeting and Reporting: Develop and manage the channel sales budget, track expenses, and provide regular reports on sales performance, channel partner activities, and market trends to senior management.
- Should be excellent in their team management skills
- Needs to work in a competitive and target based environment
- Coordinate with the management effectively for the smooth working of the sales team and MIS
Sales Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with channel partners to develop accurate sales forecasts, plan inventory requirements, and align marketing and promotional activities to drive demand generation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor channel partner performance, track sales metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions to drive sales growth.
- Should study the market trends and stay updated about the market information
- Conduct team meetings on regular basis to establish proper weekly goals
