Channel Relationship Manager
We are hiring for a Channel Relationship Manager with a leading manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad
Purpose of Position:
End to end responsible for developing and strengthening channel relationships. Responsible for reducing the channel attrition rates by devising innovative relationship management strategies.
Deliverables / Responsible for (results):
1. Devise and roll out strategies for building and strengthening channel relationships
2. Give inputs / ideas on gifting and efforts in bringing delight to the channel partners
3. Develop suitable communication with the channel partners and their families
4. Develop and roll out campaigns / ideas / incentives to increase touchpoints between the channel partners, their families and the brand
5. Align with internal and external stakeholders to onboard different agencies
Qualifications:
Essential Graduate:
Desirable/Preferable MBA - Marketing or Communications
15 Work Experience (Cumulative)
Total Years (Band): 8 - 10 years
- Years (Relevant) 4-5 years in channel relationship management or trade marketing
- Seniority (desirable) 3-4 years in channel sales and 4-5 years in sales enablement / trade marketing
- Types of Organization MNC / Indian / Conglomerates / Entrepreneurial / Large Scale / Listed / Hi-Growth / Process driven
- Types of Sector Building Materials /Paints / FMCG / Consumer Durables / Tyres / Any product company with extensive channel distribution network
- Variety of experience 3-4 years in channel sales, 3-4 years in sales enablement / trade marketing with exposure to gifting, sourcing, event management and communication
- Qualitative aspects Seasoned in devising innovative channel relationship strategies, seasoned in developing communication and a hands-on experience of channel sales
