Role : Channel Partner Executive
Location : Madurai, Trichy, Chennai

1 year in SaaS product and Channel Partnership Management Experience
About the Role:
As a Channel Partner Manager, you will:
• Own the end to end life-cycle of Channel Partners for a SAAS Product.
• Develop, maintain, and update business guidelines, policies, and procedures for our Channel Partner business.
• Manage and motivate Channel Partners to sell products to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with Channel Partners through collaboration, correspondence, and personal contact.
• Identify new opportunities for products and markets, and suggest new applications for current products and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential partners to expand market presence.
• Identify new partnership opportunities through market research and networking.
• Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements in line with strategic goals and policies.
• Provide partners with product training, support, and resources.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing materials and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the client at trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote products and technologies.
• Coordinate with sales and product development teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
• Provide regular feedback from partners to management to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Resolve conflicts or issues with partners promptly and effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales and partnership targets while adhering to financial and legal compliance requirements.
Your Profile:
• Proven experience in a channel partner role with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the or related industry's market dynamics and challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic partnership plans.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend events.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
