SUMMARY:

As a Channel Partner, will be responsible for identifying and developing new franchisees to expand our educational programs. You will be closely working with school managements, pre-school owners and the investors who wants to start-up Edutech Business .Your goal is to foster successful and profitable franchises that enhance our brand's presence and reputation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and engage potential franchisees through various channelsincluding networking, advertising, and attending industry events.
• Conduct initial meetings and presentations to potential franchisees.
• Evaluate and assess the suitability of franchise candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure theirsuccess.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly .
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract newfranchisees.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to createpromotionalmaterialsand campaigns.
• Achieve targeted franchise sales goals and contribute to overallcompany growth.
• Ensure that all franchise operations adhere to company policies,standards, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations of franchisees to maintainquality and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 5+years (Proven experience in franchise development,sales, or business development, preferably in the educational sector.Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.)
• Skills

1. Strong understanding of the educational industry and it'sdynamics.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

Remuneration:
As a Channel Partner For each school you sign, you will receive a standardized payment of ?15,000. This amount increases with the number of schools you sign. Additionally, you will receive an executional pay of ?5,000 per month for each school, covering execution, support, and monitoring.
