Organizing and driving all marketing activities related to specific products into specific communities to drive business teams across sales channels. Candidates will also be responsible for driving top strategic initiatives as per the agreed AOP.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate & Own GTM tool kit for channel marketing to aid sales. Bring about product success by working and coordinating with a variety of stakeholders including Pre-Sales, Solutions, sales & Marketing.Analyse and contribute to deliverables such as FABs , product pitches , product videos and all the seller and consumer facing communications. Work to assure smooth launch and adoption by contributing to internal communication and training as well.A minimum of 6+ years of trade / channel / brand marketing experience in BFSI, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, Auto sector.Proficient in understanding consumer / seller insights and able to draw inferences in a creative way though presentations, info graphics and AVs.Stakeholder management - ability to work effectively across both internal and external industry leaders. Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all consumer touch points.Network and StakeholdersBusiness planning, GTM team, Regional sales team, bank partners, branch employees & agentscentral marketing, activation agencies, consultants & vendorsWhat are we looking for?6+ Years of experience in driving large integrated marketing programmes with an expertise in brand / BTL activations, vendor sourcing and management.
