Channel Marketing Leader, Global Marketing India

Member of India Global Marketing Leadership Team, Channel Marketing Leader will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of marketing initiatives for growing Schneider business and market share across key channel persona\xe2\x80\x99s including: Distributors, Panel Builders, OEMs, Ecoxperts, Contractors, Specifiers, and Electrical Consultants.

Develop and Execute Channel Marketing Plan

  • Annual Marketing and Sales Plan (AMSP) Development
  • Channel Marketing Strategy Deployment by working with India / Global Teams
  • Annual Channel Marketing Calendar Development & Execution :- Focus Programs for Distributors, Panel Builders, System Integrators, EcoXperts, Contractors & Other Channel Persona
  • Work with the leadership team of CMBD and stakeholders across the organization to identify impactful marketing activations
  • Align with global marketing programs for the Division and Channels, liaison with global teams and work towards local deployment of campaigns, programs and assets.
  • Be responsible for driving overall results from the marketing activities \xe2\x80\x93 drive KPIs and deliver tangible Return on Investment (ROI)
Drive Active Engagement with Partners
  • Lead Channel Engagement Events, Seminars and Activations across India \xe2\x80\x93 Grow Market Share, Share of Wallet, Net Satisfaction Scores
  • Develop Marketing and Sales Enablement Tools
  • Leverage Digital Marketing Tools and Initiatives to Grow Monthly Active Users (MAU), Marketing Influenced Pipeline and Revenue - Performance Marketing Campaigns, Sales and Marketing Automation (SMA), Social Media, Myschneider Portal & App
Driving Channel Thought Leadership Initiatives
  • Identify and create unique opportunities for collaboration to establish our organization as a Sustainability leader worldwide
  • Lead the Sustainability Impact Awards for partners and Sustainability School for partners activation
  • Leverage & Deploy Global Content + Develop India Specific Content by working with internal and external agencies
  • Identify and execute PR opportunities working closely with India Communications Leader
New Product (Offer) Launches and Activations
  • Collaborate with Offer/Product Marketing Upstream and Downstream Teams to launch new offers through impactful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Create and drive the hero and boost offer launches and amplification in India
Branding Initiatives for Partners
  • Drive and ensure channel partner infrastructure and assets are well branded
Strategic Planning, Reviews and Reporting
  • Monthly Review with India Chief Marketing Officer and Business Teams
  • Quarterly Business Reviews with International Operations Leadership Team
  • Manage and Report Monthly Channel Marketing Budget & Spends
  • Manage and Report Monthly Channel Marketing Activities \xe2\x80\x93 Execution v/s Plan
  • Regular Updation of Channel Marketing Initiatives on Global Marketing Tools
Develop Customer References and Testimonials

Experience and Skill Requirement
  • Should have 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 progressive experience in marketing management with atleast 4-5 yrs. team management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience of managing/leading variety of roles: Channel and Key Account Sales, Trade & Channel Marketing, Segment Marketing, Marketing Communications etc.
  • Should have managed marketing for broad set of stakeholders : customers, channel partners, influencers and specifiers etc.
  • Should be able to work with Top Management Team and communicate at all levels of the organization with strong presentation and inter-personal skills
  • Should be methodical and well organized to manage diverse tasks with high level of integrity, bring creativity as well as pragmatism to the role
  • Experience of working with B2B and B2C product-based companies
  • Experience of extensively using Digital and BTL \xe2\x80\x93 digital marketing, events, exhibitions, roadshows for driving active channel engagement
  • Experience of managing mid to large size creative and event agencies
  • Good Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools \xe2\x80\x93 Adobe Marketo, Tableau etc
  • High level of flexibility and the ability to independently managing multiple tasks
  • A self-motivated team-player with an open \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude with high levels of energy
  • Good communication and networking skills, able to form strong partnerships
  • Strong Competency in Microsoft applications including Powerpoint, Excel
