Every day.Please feel free to peruse our websiteThe position / About the Job:Responsible for managing and developing business channels (including wholesalers, distributors, agents, integrators)Channel Manager-Integrator ( Southern Region ) will be responsible to -

  • Screen the target market for large Integrators, System Builders and Contractors ..
  • Find Out new channel Partners, key customers and nourish channels and make sure they see the value addition in their process by utilizing Alfa Laval equipment range .
  • Support Integrator s to select Alfa Laval equipment's in alignment with P&A
  • Formulate, implement and update the sales plan for assigned products, services and channels
  • Update and implement business channels agreements for appointed wholesalers and together with his/ her manager.
  • Analyze and understand market insights, the buying behavior and the function of Channel Partners way to the markets in order to support the channel to grow the sales.
  • Identify key factors to grow the sales at each channel and to motive the channel to prioritize Alfa Laval product sales.
  • Understand competition for HFH , use Technical differentiation to show value to Integrators .
  • End user Visits to get competition insight and show them benefits of sustainability initiatives , ROI and savings in water, energy , power and utility .
What you can be -
  • 4-5 years of overall functional experience in Sales, Sales support, Proposals for capital goods.
  • BE Mechanical Engineer Preferred.
  • Prior Experience as a Channel Manager Integrator.
  • Industry experience: from process engineering, manufacturing, equipment supply
  • Directly/indirectly working with Food/Pharma/Sugar/Starch/Distillery/Food processing / Steel/ Power/ Chemical/ Manufacturing Customers in previous organization.
The location-
  • Entire South Region (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai )
