Job Description


:Channel Manager for Vishwas Business:Responsible for managing and optimizing sales channels for Vishwas Business - mortgage products - both Home Loan & Loan against property - to ensure maximum outreach and efficiency. The role involves a combination of sales, relationship management, and strategic planning to drive Vishwas business growth through various channels - both internal & external### Key Responsibilities:1. **Sales Strategy and Planning:**- Develop and implement sales strategies for Vishwas Business- Identify and evaluate potential sales channels - Internal channels, DSAs & connectors including brokers and real estate agents- Forecast channel-wise sales targets and track performance against targets2. **Channel Management:**- Manage relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are well-informed and motivated to promote Vishwas products.- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.- Monitor the performance of each channel, analyzing data to optimize sales processes.3. **Business Development:**- Identify new business opportunities within existing channels or through the development of new channels.- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotions tailored to each channel.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners and customers.4. **Compliance and Risk Management:**- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.- Monitor the quality of loans sourced through channels to manage risk.- Coordinate with internal risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to guidelines.5. **Market Research and Analysis:**- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.- Provide feedback to product development teams based on insights from channel partners and customers.- **Skills:**- Strong understanding of mortgage products and the financial services market.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.- Ability to manage multiple relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
