:Key responsibilities:1) Leading a technical roadmap of implementing CRM solutions with traceability of Customers unresolved service requests from digital to voice and voice to digital.2) Driving technical features implementation and adoption in assisted channels where the customer requests were received digitally. Example: scheduling an appointment with VRM, Home Loans officer/adjudicator, pending KYC/RE-KYC, unblock accounts/digital access, book a locker online and use in branch, subscribe to CMS solutions/ working capital loan on digital for Business customers, and so on.3) Ensuring Customer leads sourced through Digital is routed effectively into the queue of Voice Channel and driving service level and conversion of the same.4) Manage the Digital specific VRM team/program.
