Your responsibilities will include: Managing the change process from start to finish. Assessing change requests for validity and completeness. Circulating the changes between various stakeholders and collating all impacts efficiently and promptly to respond accordingly. Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities. Applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy to the support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Making key decisions on cost and time impact with the assistance of the project leadership team to communicate back to the client team. Developing information quickly to guide the design team and/or contractor for future actions and potential development/assessment of change. Advising the leadership team as to the status of change, the blockers, the action holders, and an agile way of working. Liaising with the cost consultant to track costs, impact, and contract amendments. Working with the commercial team and leadership team to communicate instructions and directions to the design team and contractors. Ensuring a safe work environment for all staff through effective and consistent training, management, and enforcement of safe work practices. Completing change management assessments. About you You will have a degree qualification in a construction/engineering/architectural discipline. You will have experience in design and construction plus an understanding of commercial impact. You will have a positive and proactive attitude to working collaboratively and gaining information from the project team and then communicating with the client. You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
