• Leading change projects, including: Investigation, facilitating meetings, analysis and writing reports
• Ensure excellence in client liaison and service, maintaining and developing a professional relationship at peer/sponsor level within the client organisation
• Able to manage own workload and work independently
• General business reporting (within JLL and Morgan Stanley environments).

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and able to gain clients confidence through knowledge, competence and gravitas
• Previous experience of working with or within large complex organisations delivering change management programmes
• Programme / Project Management experience in a property/ workplace environment with a demonstrable track record in delivering projects with multiple workstreams (i.e. Construction, IT, furniture, comms, migration) for occupiers
• An understanding of finance principles and business case needs in relation to capital projects and property operating cost models
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Sound working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
• An understanding of flexible/agile work styles and the technology required to enable the same, along with a willingness to adopt these principles in your own work
• Good team player skills
• Good presentation skills including use of appropriate presentation software
• Experience of preparing reports and presenting analysis in a business context to non-financial senior management.
