Change Management & Learning Manager
- Drive communication and change management
- Design and execute communication plan.
- Lead to create strategy and execute robust Onboarding & Knowledge Management, Development of Trainings.
- Coach and guide the Knowledge Management lead for Onboarding, Development and Knowledge Management areas.
- Oversee the Communication Committee in the Center and provide communication guidance to other Center-wide committees/working groups.
- Act as final approver of Center-wide communications.
- Collaborates and Owns content strategy and publishing of relevant topics with the aim to increase awareness and drive engagement.
- Continuously listens to and anticipates the needs of Communications by collaborating with all functions, translating communication requirements, and amplifying using various communication channels.
- Leverage data, details and insights from various avenues to plan and strategize overall communication and change management strategy.
- External communications for the Center in close collaboration with Country Communications.
- Establish Industry relations to facilitate connect to emerging market trends.
- Guide and support conceptualization & execution of internal events such as town halls, employee engagement events (year-end party, other special events) including strategies for implementation.
- Contribute and drive initiatives to achieve of high engagement score in the Employee Voice survey.
