:Job Title: Change Execution SpecialistCorporate Title: AssociateLocation: Pune, IndiaRole DescriptionThe Cirrus programme is one of Deutsche Bank\xe2\x80\x99s key strategic deliverables, responsible for the delivery of Deutsche Bank (DB) and Google Cloud\xe2\x80\x99s pioneering cloud and innovation partnership. It is sponsored by the Management Board member Bernd Leukert and runs a Steering Committee with several other Management Board members in attendance. The Cirrus programme team forms part of the Cloud and Corporate Security organisation \xe2\x80\x93 a division of Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI).The position will be in the Cirrus Central Programme Management office within the programme execution team based in Pune.What we\'ll offer you

Your key responsibilities

• You will establish & maintain programme and project management frameworks and methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to delivery is taken across the Cirrus portfolio, leveraging appropriate management tools, processes and practices including Clarity & Ariba.
• You will establish and maintain quality assurance review checks and Business Intelligence reporting to monitor the quality of deliverables to drive improvements across the portfolio, ensuring that all projects / programmes are CGF compliant and agreed milestones are achieved.
• You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high quality end to end financial/ headcount reporting and analytical services across all aspects of the programme portfolio, leveraging existing reporting and toolsets where available or generating your own where required.
• Preparation of monthly performance metrics reporting for senior stakeholder review meetings.

Your skills and experience

• Demonstrable experience in governing or supporting portfolios of complex transformation programmes with standardised methodologies or frameworks.
• Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate programme risks and dependencies.
• Strong project milestone planning and control experience
• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint along with technical know-how of BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and Scripting (Python, VBA, SQL).
• Knowledge of Clarity and JIRA tools will be preferred.
