In this role, you will play a key part in supporting communication efforts for transformational change projects, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and motivated during times of transformation. If you looking to grow your career in Change Communications, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn more while contributing to meaningful transformational change at Worley.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Support Change Communications: Assist in the design and execution of communication plans that align with transformational change initiatives, ensuring all messages are clear, relevant, and tailored to various audiences.xc2xb7 Content Creation: Help develop and deliver communication materials such as emails, presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and updates to guide employees through organizational changes.xc2xb7 Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with change management teams, key stakeholders, and the business to understand the scope and objectives of change initiatives and create communication strategies that support these goals.xc2xb7 Drive Employee Engagement: Help create content and initiatives that keep employees informed, motivated, and connected during periods of change.xc2xb7 Assist with Communication Challenges: Help identify potential communication issues and assist in developing responses to address them in a timely and effective manner.xc2xb7 Tailor Communications to Teams: Collaborate with various teams to ensure communication plans are aligned with specific department or business transformation goals.xc2xb7 Communication Tools: Help manage internal communication tools (e.g., intranet, internal social media) to distribute important change-related information and updates.Required qualifications:xc2xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Communications or related field.xc2xb7 3-5 years communications, particularly in Change Communications.xc2xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for internal audiences.xc2xb7 Proficiency in content creation, including emails, presentations, and employee communications.Personal qualitiesYou are a highly organized communicator, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are collaborative and skilled at building relationships, able to adapt communications to different audiences.
