Job Description
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services. Your primary focus will be on: * Currency Exchange: Managing currency exchange services while adhering strictly to RBI guidelines.
- Remittance Services: Overseeing both outward and inward remittance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Branch Operations Management: Supervising daily branch functions, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Branch Target Achievement: Setting, monitoring, and achieving monthly and annual branch targets, with a focus on driving profitability and growth.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Leading and motivating branch staff, fostering a collaborative environment, and overseeing training initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively, and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in branch management within financial services, especially in forex and remittance services.
- Strong understanding of RBI guidelines, currency exchange operations, and compliance requirements.
- Leadership abilities with a track record of achieving targets and managing successful teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
