Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities :
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members including advertising, product development and brand management.
- Expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels.
- Measure ROI and KPIs.
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics.
- Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team.
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Experience in banking or finance industry is a plus.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Must have led a team in the past
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
