A Little Bit About the Role:



Are you a Senior Producer, with a passion for people and all things 'raytracing' - then this opportunity is for you!



This job requires the expertise of an experienced Senior Producer to manage internal and external stakeholders with the objective to deliver and scope world-class CGI asset creation and a solid understanding of Post-Production, as well as emerging technologies such as AR/VR/XR and Metaverse platforms and experiences - and will ultimately be accountable for OLIVER+'s overall fulfilment.



As a Senior Producer in our Global CGI Team, you will be expected to oversee a team who delivers a vast range of different assets; pack shots, static or moving advertisements, key visuals, arch-viz, real-time and experiences utilising emerging technologies such as AR/VR/XR and Metaverse type platform delivery etc.



The ideal candidate will have experience managing global teams and clients, ensuring the successful execution of CGI Projects within budget and timeline constraints - as well as a strong background in a wide range of CGI processes. The role is fast-paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects and clients within the organisation.


What You'll be Doing:


• Manage resourcing, scope, plan and lead varied types of CGI projects across different regions.
• Along with the Executive Producer, you will assist in establishing the team Structure & Management, Commercial Offering, Ways of Working, and build a Portfolio of work.
• Ensure the implementation of rapid scope and quotation processes.
• Understand the effect of future technology states on current ways of working.
• Work closely with Executive Producer (CGI), Operations and HOD to continue building OLIVER+'s reputation as a centre of excellence for CGI within the network.
• Client and artist facing to ensure synergy of collaboration.
• Ability to lead, develop and oversee team members - helping develop their skill and assist with their career path.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ensure final deliverables exceed design and production requirements and expectations.
• To deputise for the Head of Department as and when required.
• Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends and re-briefs.
• Monitor utilization and output of team.


INITIATE & PLAN THE PROJECT:


• Receive new briefs and manage the process of transforming unclear briefs into well prepared briefs where applicable
• Calculating a thorough and accurate budget for each project, gaining sign-off from the client. Making sure that all parties are aware of any limitations imposed by the budget. Sign-off should always be gained before any work of any kind can commence.
• Work to the OLIVER+ Way of Working while executing projects
• Identify stakeholders and create a communication plan to ensure each of them has access to the right level of information
• Set deadlines with partners and challenge unrealistic timelines to ensure workload is managed based on creative processes
• Create project plan and identify key milestones for each of the projects you are assigned
• Work closely with the Executive Producer and Resource/Studio Manager to staff the project correctly based on the required deliverables and deadlines
• Identify risks and possible issues and create risk registers
• Work closely with the creative team to define a cost, scope and time plan for the projects
• Prepare and run effective and structured client and team kick-off meetings.
• Create and manage the delivery of project documentation.


MANAGE PROJECT EXECUTION, MONITORING AND CONTROL:


• Coordinate development and delivery among various project participants.
• Prioritize and manage workload of the project team
• Partner liaison when required, presenting project scopes, cost estimates and timing plans
• Build partner relationship and ensure their needs and requirements are addressed, while following the OLIVER+ ways of working
• Monitor the progress of the project delivery within scope and budget with the planned resources.
• Prepare status reports for the stakeholders and actively manage the control of project progress using weekly action points
• Follow the OLIVER+ change control process for any changes needed in the scope, budget, timelines or resource requirement
• Create and keep up to date all related project documentation and ensure compliance in the OLIVER+ system
• Proactively problem-solve, mitigate risks and plan for future issues
• Be accountable for the financial profitability of the project and actively manage cost overburn and time logged daily
• Ensure final deliverables are quality
• Reconciliations upon project completion.


What You'll Need:


• Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over processes in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment.
• Curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
• The ability to take a project from brief to completion, good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to deliver across all aspects of CGI content creation, from pitching and negotiation, project management and planning and workflow/pipeline development
• Impeccable problem-solving skills and a love for client satisfaction
• 7+ years of experience in CGI/VFX production
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to internal processes.
• Strong organisational skills - able to multi-task and manage multiple projects with different deadlines at one time.
• Good eye for detail and quality control experience.
• Software competency - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams and OMG (Oliver Marketing Gateway internal approval system - training will be provided).
• Familiarity with industry-standard CGI software and tools


You'll Have:


• Proficiency in excel and project management and production tools
• Fluent / Proficiency in English
• Relevant degree or diploma.


Good to have:


• Experience on global FMCG, Luxury and Premium brands.
• Multi-market experience.
• Live action shoot experience and understanding
