Job Description
The CFO will be responsible for spearheading the financial strategy and overseeing all financial functions for the retail company.
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.
- Develop strategic financial plans aligned with the company\'s objectives.
- Manage financial reporting to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations.
- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Manage Imports compliance and hedging activities
- Chartered Accountant with minimum 15 years of overall experience in finance and management.
- Open to Noida as a location
- Candidate should come with experience - working in the fashion/apparel industry and should have managed imports compliances and hedging.
