Job Description

Hiring a CFO with a fast-growing hospitality firm.Looking for a FC/CFO with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience (CA mandatory). This individual will work with the CEO, will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fund raising, system automation, financial controls, taxation and compliance.Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation and revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Provide in-depth financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to guide decision-making.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs and communicate performance to senior management.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the company\'s annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Implement financial controls and cost management strategies to maximise efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor budget adherence and provide financial guidance.

Controllership and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Oversee internal and external audits as necessary, addressing audit findings and implementing recommendations.
• Lead controllership activities, including financial statement preparation and reconciliation.

Capital Allocation and Investment Strategy:

• Evaluate capital needs and allocate resources effectively to support growth initiatives.
• Assess potential investment opportunities, including new restaurant locations, renovations, and technology enhancements.
• Optimize the capital structure and manage debt effectively.
