We seek a highly skilled and experienced CFD Thermal Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and thermal analysis, with extensive experience using Ansys,other software. You will be responsible for performing simulations, analyzing thermal and fluid flow performance, and contributing to the design and optimization of various engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CFD and Thermal Analysis:
• Conduct detailed CFD simulations and thermal analyses .
• Develop and validate models for various thermal and fluid flow scenarios.
• Analyze results to assess thermal performance and identify areas for improvement.
Design and Optimization:
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize thermal management systems.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on simulation results to enhance product performance.
• Support the design of cooling systems, heat exchangers, and other thermal management components.
Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Document analysis methodologies, findings, and recommendations.
• Present results and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Technical Support and Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers.
• Provide technical support and guidance on thermal and fluid flow issues.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CFD and thermal analysis technologies.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in CFD and thermal analysis.
• Proficient in using Ansys or other software for simulations and analysis.
• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex data from simulations.
• Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, or energy.
• Notice period: Immediate Joiner or within 30 days
