Summary Summary/Objective Operation & maintenance of Bulk/PG customer installations , Application projects execution , Application equipments preventive/ breakdown maintenance new project executions Spare parts inventory to maintain installations healthy, Preparation of Autocad Drawing IMS implementation & maintaining records Key Responsibility: Project Executions Timely execution of Application based equipments ( WWT, Oxy-combustion, Liquid application equipments etc ) , standard bulk/ package compressed gas projects with site surveys & commissioning, which includes Survey of the customer site for new installations and perform risk identification as per the defined rules. Provide support to the sales department / BD and ALTEC to work out capital expenditure based on site circumstances and project planning in a cost effective manner. Execution of installation activities of Cryogenic storage tanks, vaporizers and integrated Valve Skids, pipeline Fabrication, installation of PRV stations . Commissioning of bulk installations & PG installations with Operation and Safety training to the customer. Electrical knowledge: Relay based control panels - troubleshooting MCC with star /Delta based control center, power distribution panel troubleshooting PLC based control panel troubleshooting IMS Implementation & Documentation To ensure that all the CES activities are being carried out as per the IMS guidelines (Safety Action Plan) and implemented according to the revisions. (Conduct RCA, JHA for the activities). Documentation & Record retention of the Jobs executed. Design & Detailed Engineering Knowledge of CAD to prepare the P&ID & layout drawing as per design. Electrical control panel and electrical equipment design knowledge will be an added advantage Compliances To look after licensing activities for obtaining mandatory approvals from PESO. Follow up of the application and assist the customer for documentation related to PESO approvals & granting licenses. To ensure installations comply with all the statutory rules, regulations and safety Customer Relations Attend customer complaints and maintain the installation with minimum downtime. To interact with customers & maintain a good relation, training to customers. Team Development Support for vendor developments, preparation of technical SOP & WI. To prepare technical specifications for all components as per P & ID / BOM , raising PR\'s ; coordination and follow up with purchase department / vendors/ contractors throughout the project execution and for maintenance. Inspection & quality control of all bought out items / workmen ship for all equipment like storage tanks, atmospheric vaporizers, valves instruments , application equipment etc. Coordination with contractors, vendors & other internal departments for smooth functioning of Project and maintenance activities. To utilize fixed assets in a cost effective manner by reducing/minimizing cash out for each project by full utilization of existing idle assets. Minimum Qualification & Experience Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of work experience Competencies Good level of verbal and written communication skills. Practical application of technical skills at site including troubleshooting of control panels / electrical panels independently at customer sites Resilience and tenacity. Ability to operate with trust and autonomy. Quality orientation. Ability to manage pressure and dynamic situations at customer sites effectively. Willingness to travel anywhere as per job requirements at various customer sites
