Job Description

• Preventive Maintenance : Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and systems according to established schedules.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose issues with equipment and perform necessary repairs in a timely and safe manner, minimizing downtime and operational delays.
• Equipment Installation : Assist with the installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Complete maintenance logs and reports as required.
• Collaboration : Work with production and operations teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure smooth operations. Provide input on equipment upgrades and improvements.
• Continuous Improvement : Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and manage parts inventory for maintenance needs, ensuring that necessary components are available when required.
• Emergency Response : Be available for on-call duties or emergency maintenance outside of regular working hours, as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification : Must hold a relevant certification in maintenance (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance).
• Experience : Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Technical Knowledge : Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, bend, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Computer Skills : Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) and basic computer skills for logging work orders and reports.
• Safety-Focused : Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in industrial maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
