The CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and COO (Chief Operating Officer) of an integrated steel plant are responsible for the company's leadership and operations.CEO Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the company's internal and external operations
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase revenue, profitability, and growth
• Identify acquisition opportunities and manage integration activities
• Have a strong understanding of manufacturing technologies

COO Responsibilities

• Balance production, maintenance, sales, and marketing needs
• Oversee the expansion and capacity utilization of the plant
• Lead the steel making and mills
• Supervise manufacturing, production, and plant management

Experience and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing supervision, production management, or plant management
• Expertise in rolling mill operations
• Strong analytical and decision making skills
• Experience in business transformation and P&L management
• Experience in operational excellence, change management, and new product development
