Job Description

? Responsible to develop and implement overall organization's strategy.

? Responsible to plan short-term and long-term planning to support company's mission, vision and values.

? Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the healthcare facility and primary focus will be ensuring to provide high quality patient services, improving operational efficiency and achieving the organization's goals and objects.

? Responsible to evaluate financial performance areas for revenue growth.

? Responsible to evaluate the success of the organization in reaching its goals.

? Responsible to plan to expand company market presence.

? Ensures the Board receives timely, transparent reporting on operations, finances, clinical quality, and risk management activities, with more detailed communication provided to the Board and Executive Committee.

? Responsible for enhancing overall sales (GT) of all clinics.

? Responsible for P&L of all the clinics.

? Responsible to manage and motivate the organization's leadership team and staff.

? Handling any crisis situations or challenges that may arise.

? Overseeing the complete operations of the organization.

? Responsible to provide leadership to all senior team that will ensure to support, create ownership of goals.

Qualification & Experience:

? MBA (Healthcare and Hospital Management)

? Must have 15-20 years of demonstrated successful leadership experience in Health care, pharma, medical industry.

? Interpersonal skills.

? Analytical skills.

? Leadership skills.

? Management skills.

Compensation: Not constrained for right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
