Position Overview

As the CEO of Government of Training & Capacity Building , you will spearhead Arteva Group's strategic initiatives in this critical vertical. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven expertise in managing government collaborations, designing impactful training programs, and driving capacity-building projects at a large scale. You will be responsible for aligning Arteva's objectives with government mandates, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and implement the vision, mission, and strategy for Arteva's Training & Capacity Building initiatives in alignment with government policies and organizational objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs tailored to enhance organizational and individual capacities within government entities.
• Establish long-term partnerships with government bodies, industry stakeholders, and educational institutions to expand Arteva's footprint.

Operational Excellence:

• Monitor the implementation of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
• Develop frameworks and metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and capacity-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and Arteva's operational standards.

Business Development & Collaboration:

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for government tenders and projects within the Training & Capacity Building domain.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization for government partnerships.
• Drive innovation by introducing modern technologies and methodologies into training programs.

Team Leadership:

• Build and mentor a high-performing team to deliver on Arteva's goals in Training & Capacity Building.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the organization.

Financial Oversight:

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new revenue streams within the government sector.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Education, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in Training & Capacity Building, Government Consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record in handling large-scale government projects and partnerships.
• Strong expertise in project management, program development, and stakeholder engagement.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used in training and development.
• Knowledge of government regulations, tender processes, and compliance requirements.

Key Competencies:

• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive innovation and adapt to changing government priorities.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-impact projects.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule:
• Day shifts, morning shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability.
• Compensation:
