5 years in a senior leadership role. 2-3 Years in a CEO Role preferred

3. JOB SUMMARY:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and market opportunities.
• Drive business growth and expansion, leveraging the company's established reputation in the chit fund industry.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
• Financial Oversight:
• Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Optimize revenue streams and ensure sustainable profitability.
• Leadership and Team Alignment:
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive team, including heads of marketing, finance, risk, collections, and sales.
• Ensure alignment of all department heads with the company's strategic objectives and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing Northeast Chit Fund Services in industry forums, conferences, and media engagements Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, regulators, and the community
• Sales Management:
• Oversee and manage multiple sales channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Drive sales growth through innovative strategies and effective team management.
• Innovation and Improvement:
• Drive innovation in product offerings, leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to maintain the company's competitive edge.

4. Qualification :

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. 2-3 Years in a CEO Role preferred.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
• Strong understanding of the chit fund business model and regulatory landscape in India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per month
