Role Overview:
As the CEO of Expertify Now, you will be the driving force behind the company's vision, strategy, and execution. You will oversee all aspects of the business, from product development and user acquisition to scaling operations and expanding the platform's reach. The ideal candidate is a strategic, entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in scaling platforms or digital marketplaces and a deep understanding of the consulting or gig economy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vision & Strategy:
Set and articulate a clear and inspiring vision for Expertify Now, aligning business goals with market trends in the consulting and gig economy sectors.
• Platform Growth & Development:
Oversee the continuous development and enhancement of the Expertify Now platform, ensuring it remains competitive, innovative, and user-friendly for both experts and clients.
• Global Expansion:
Develop and execute strategies for global growth, including expanding into new markets, increasing user base, and enhancing the platform's service offerings.
• Business Development:
Establish partnerships with industry leaders, professional networks, and business communities to enhance Expertify Now's visibility and credibility in the consulting industry.
• Team Leadership & Culture:
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance executive team, fostering a company culture focused on innovation, excellence, and customer success.
• User Acquisition & Engagement:
Drive strategies for increasing the number of professionals and business owners joining the platform as consultants, while also enhancing client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Revenue & Monetization:
Identify and implement strategies for increasing platform monetization through new revenue streams, such as subscription models, premium services, or targeted marketing.
• Financial Management:
Oversee financial planning, including budget management, forecasting, and ensuring profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Technology & Innovation:
Stay ahead of industry trends by fostering innovation within the platform, exploring new features, integrations, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Customer & Stakeholder Relations:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with users (experts and clients), investors, and key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and to drive long-term success.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in all markets of operation and manage risks associated with platform operations, including data security and intellectual property protection.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role (CEO, COO, etc.) for a digital platform, marketplace, or consulting-related business.
• Platform/Marketplace Experience:
Proven track record in scaling digital marketplaces or gig economy platforms, with expertise in user acquisition, customer retention, and revenue generation.
• Global Business Acumen:
Experience in leading businesses with a global user base, including knowledge of international market trends and regulations.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit:
Ability to take ownership, drive new initiatives, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Leadership & Team Building:
Strong leadership skills with a passion for building and motivating high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Financial & Strategic Acumen:
Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and investment strategies, with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.
