CEO OFFICE - COORDINATOR :
: As part of the CEO's Office, the candidate will provide critical support to the CEO and other members of the CEO's Office. The profile provides exposure to diverse departments and the candidate is required to multi-task, conceptualize, implement new processes, have attention to detail, analyze data and drive quick decision making.
Location: KOLKATA
Responsibilities :
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and the CEO's Office
• Assist in the implementation, documentation and analysis of administrative systems in the organization.
• Serving as a coordinator between the CEO and different departments of the organization.
• Attend meetings with the CEO
• Monitor and analyze organizational reports.
• Plan, coordinate & minute the strategic reviews, updates and reports from different departments.
Required Skills :
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Hindi and English
• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
