Hi All,We are having urgent opening for CEO with one of our client @Mumbai.Job Title: CEOExperience :- 15 to 20 YrsCTC :- 45 to 50 LPALocation: MumbaiQualifications and Experience:The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a systems-driven organization, with a proven track record of success in operations management.- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams.- Strong business acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with clients.- A strategic mindset with the ability to envision and execute long-term goals.- Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry would be advantageous.1. Sales Management:- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve their objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Setting goals for the sales department.2. Manufacturing:- Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of
products.
- Work closely with the production team to optimize processes and implement best practices.
- Maintain a focus on innovation and quality improvement in our product offerings.3. Finance and Budgeting:- Collaborate with the finance team to create budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures without compromising
on quality.
- Review financial reports and recommend actions to improve profitability.4. Installation and Services:- Ensure seamless coordination between the installation team and customers.
- Oversee post-installation services, warranty claims, and customer support to maintain high
customer satisfaction.
- Be the final point of escalation for sensitive cases.5. HR Management:- Supervise the HR department, providing strategic direction and support in talent acquisition,
performance management, and employee development.
- Collaborate with HR to create and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor
laws and fostering a positive work environment.6. Process Optimization:- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient workflows.
- Create and enhance processes across various departments to drive operational efficiency.7. Team Leadership:- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the
operations team.
