Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Vapi, Gujarat. Head Office: Mumbai
Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi; Tamil is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Qualification: Chemical Engineer from a reputed institute
Experience: 25-35 years
Age Range: 45-55 yearsCandidate Profile:

• Currently holding a leadership position as COO or VP Operations.
• Experience in plant operations, preferably in Tier 2 or Tier 3 cities.
• Strong organizational skills with industry-specific knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Manage union relations and liaise with government authorities.
• Drive strategic planning, resource management, and process improvement.
• Lead departments including Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, Finance, Maintenance, Administration, Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality operational efficiency.
• Focus on business expansion and profitability through effective commercial strategies.
• Foster a performance-driven work culture and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Required Competencies:1. Domain Expertise (50%)

• Strong knowledge of production, operations, purchase, sales & marketing, supply chain, quality, and overall business functions.
• Ability to plan, organize resources, and anticipate operational challenges.
• Business acumen to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

2. Analytical Thinking (20%)

• Monitor industry trends and developments to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Implement systematic approaches for quality improvement and cost optimization.

3. People Management (30%)

• Guide and inspire teams to achieve business goals.
• Provide leadership during uncertain situations and maintain a motivated workforce.

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to the President (initially) and later to the Board of Directors.
• Oversees functional heads and plant operations.
