As we expand our hospitality division catering to governmental projects, we are seeking an experienced and visionary leader for the role of CEO - Government Hospitality Division .
Role Overview
The CEO will oversee and manage the Government Hospitality Division, aligning strategic initiatives with Arteva Group's broader organizational goals. This role involves spearheading hospitality projects for government clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, profitability, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement the vision, mission, and overall strategy for the Government Hospitality Division.
• Drive innovation and operational excellence to maintain a competitive edge.
• Build partnerships with government bodies, leveraging Arteva Group's expertise in hospitality management.
Operational Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and operational goals to ensure division profitability.
• Lead the development and execution of large-scale government hospitality projects.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client negotiations, ensuring project alignment with contractual obligations.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure all hospitality operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Mitigate risks through proactive planning and compliance monitoring.
Financial Oversight:
• Prepare and manage the division's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Drive cost-efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, government projects, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale hospitality operations, preferably with government clients.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Sound knowledge of compliance standards and operational protocols in the hospitality sector.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (required).
