Job Description
• Lead the overall strategy and direction for construction and layout projects.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute business development strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth in construction and layouts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects.
• Drive innovation and implement best practices in construction and layout design.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Andhra Pradesh, particularly in construction.
