Job Summary:

Sant Eshwer Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization in fulfilling its mission of promoting social unity, social harmony, universal education, and development for underprivileged communities. The CEO will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that drive the foundation's impact in areas of women and child welfare, educational advancement, and community development, particularly in remote and underserved areas. This position requires a visionary leader who is committed to social change and capable of managing complex programs in collaboration with organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop, implement, and drive the strategic vision and mission of Sant Eshwer Foundation.
• Lead the organization in fostering social unity and harmony across communities through various programs and partnerships.
• Spearhead initiatives to improve access to education, healthcare, and welfare for underprivileged populations.

Program Management and Expansion:

• Oversee the design, execution, and scaling of service campaigns in remote and rural areas, ensuring alignment with the foundation's core objectives.
• Collaborate with national service organizations, especially Rashtriya Sewa Bharti, to expand the foundation's reach and impact.
• Manage and monitor projects focused on women empowerment, child welfare, and education for marginalized communities.

Fundraising and Resource Mobilization:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure necessary funding for the foundation's programs.
• Establish partnerships with donors, corporate sponsors, government agencies, and philanthropic organizations.
• Oversee the management of resources and optimize fund allocation to ensure maximum impact.

Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy:

• Build strong relationships with government bodies, community leaders, and partner NGOs to support Sant Eshwer Foundation's mission.
• Advocate for policies and initiatives that support education, women's and children's rights, and the development of rural communities.
• Represent the foundation at public forums, events, and conferences to promote its vision and raise awareness.

Operational Excellence and Compliance:

• Ensure that all programs are executed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of governance, transparency, and accountability across all organizational operations.
• Oversee the foundation's financial management, ensuring prudent budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

Team Development and Management:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, providing mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.
• Foster an organizational culture that values teamwork, respect, integrity, and dedication to social service.
• Recruit, train, and retain talent that aligns with the foundation's values and mission.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably with a focus on social development, education, or community outreach.

Leadership Skills:

• Proven track record of strategic planning, program execution, and team leadership.
• Ability to inspire and mobilize stakeholders around a common mission.
• Strong decision-making skills with a commitment to transparency and accountability.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and fundraising.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the nonprofit sector.
• Experience with impact measurement and program evaluation.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to social equity, inclusion, and sustainable development.
