Job Location - Africa ( Congo ) Experience - 20 to 25 year ( Construction Field ) Salary - 500000 to 700000 + Food, Accommodation, Medical Responsibility Required Skills & Abilities: \xef\x82\xa7 Strong Leadership Skills \xef\x82\xa7 Experience with P&L and forecasting. \xef\x82\xa7 A strong background in Project Management. \xef\x82\xa7 An elevated level of performance in project budgeting, scheduling, risk management and construction and subcontractor monitoring and oversight. \xef\x82\xa7 In-depth knowledge of oil field construction principles/practices. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to lead and develop direct reports and maintain relationships with external entities in a respectful manner. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to respectfully hold others accountable. \xef\x82\xa7 Execute great follow-up skills internal and external. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to monitor daily reports, employee timecards, and make sure Invoices are approved in a timely manner. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to travel to sites to evaluate status, quality, and safety performance. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to understand and utilize all our client\xe2\x80\x99s software, systems, and processes. \xef\x82\xa7 Proficiency with MS Office Suite; proficiency in using scheduling and project management software. \xef\x82\xa7 Excellent verbal and written communications. Excellent negotiation skills \xef\x82\xa7 Provide mentoring, performance management, motivation, and daily supervision of personnel. \xef\x82\xa7 Direct and evaluate the ongoing training and development of personnel. Education & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s Degree required, in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA PM Preferred.

• 20-25 years or more years of progressive construction management experience required, with the ability to manage all levels of construction projects and teams effectively and efficiently.

• Five (5) or more years of experience working in construction of building, hotels, towers, infrastructure management role.

• Five (5) or more years Project Management experience.

• The incumbent may be expected to travel to other work sites with prior notice.
