Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure smooth daily operations of the dialysis centre.
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians, nurses, and administrative staff.

• Monitor financial performance, inventory, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, SOPs, and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, vendors, and management for operational alignment.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing healthcare or dialysis centres.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and patient care standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
