With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Centre Head.Role Overview: As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of our centres located in Gujarat, Bangalore, and Delhi NCR. This leadership role requires someone with a strong background in the beauty and personal care industry, coupled with excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centres, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
• Provide leadership and direction to the centre staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene across all areas of the centres.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty and personal care industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
