: Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products and services

Providing information

: Answer customer questions and provide details about the company and its offerings

Closing sales

: Understand customer needs and close deals

Handling complaints

: Resolve customer issues and preserve the company's reputation

Maintaining customer information

: Keep customer databases updated and organized

Meeting targets

: Meet call conversion, lead conversion, and call volume targets

Making reports

: Document conversations and observations and report them to the team lead

Customizing scripts

: Memorize scripts and adapt them to the situation

Building relationships

: Foster relationships with existing clients and build rapport with potential clients
